It might also be a nice gift to consider donating to your favorite children’s charity (or choose one of ours!)

 Ah, February. The perfect time for this procrastinator to start her New Years resolutions. I was browsing Zulily this morning and saw a great price on something I’ve had my eye on for a while and think would be just the ticket for my oh-so-vague “manage time better” resolution- and help 5-year-old BabyBargain manage his time better too! This Time Tracker Mini changes colors when you’re nearing the end of your alotted time, hopefully making transitions between activities easier. It retails for $20 but is on sale for just $13.99 at Zulily and also at Amazon! (Zulily charges shipping, but it would be a nice use of any credits you might have there!) There’s also a larger version with more pronounced lights for $26 at Zulily or $31 at Amazon. I think these could be great for managing screen time too!

 Well, we just returned from a 2 week long road trip with two small children, so I’ve got car seats on the brain! (And laundry, laundry, and oh yes, laundry. But I digress.) We happen to have this Recaro ProRIDE Convertible Car Seat as one of ours and I really do love it. Our 2-year-old still happily sits in it rear-facing, and that’s quite a stamp of approval from her!
