 The Children’s Place is shipping every order for free today, with no minimum purchase amount, and a coupon code to save an additional 20%! There’s a good amount of clearance, including this cute sweater (on the left!) for just $3.99 shipped! Use coupon code R9F2012 at checkout!
Amazon has a bunch of yummy Annie’s Homegrown snacks on sale, and they’re eligible for a 15% subscribe & save discount as well. These Cheddar Bunnies are a big hit in our house!
Amazon also has the “Mommy I’m Here” Child Locator on sale for 43% off the original $30 (in the brown bear color)- just $17!
 Amazon also has a fabulous price on the very popular Baby Jogger City Mini stroller in a couple different color choices for a whopping 38% off it’s original $240 price tag, just $150 with free shipping! It’s the 2011 model, so I’m sure they’re clearing out their inventory before the 2012 model is released. I don’t think this price will last very long, it’s a great deal on this stroller!

 We usually do a once-a-month update on the best online diaper deals, and it’s never been any surprise- the best deals were always at Amazon. In fact, my poor lack of planning led me to Target for emergency diapers a few days ago, where I paid $10 for 31 Pampers Cruisers. First of all, that’s just a lot for diapers. Second of all, that’s really a lot when you consider what we’ve been able to buy them for at Amazon- around $33 for 186 of the same diaper, shipped to my door! For comparison, that’s $10 for 56 diapers. That’s a big difference.
But a few days ago, Amazon announced a pretty big change to their Amazon Mom program. Instead of offering anyone enrolled in the free Amazon Mom program a 20% additional discount on diapers, as of 1/24, the 20% discount will now only be offered to Amazon Mom members who are also paid Amazon Prime members ($79/year) or new Amazon Mom members for their first 3 months of membership. (Although the program is not accepting new members right now.) You can read all the details here in their FAQ.
 So what does this mean for us? Well, most importantly for now, if you’re a current Amazon Mom member, you can order diapers and wipes with the additional 20% discount until 1/24 (although I’d do it sooner rather than later.) You’ll have to start a new subscribe & save subscription to do this (at least I did!) Personally, I just bought three boxes so I wouldn’t have to think about this again for a few months. Remember to check the price again when your next subscribe & save order ships, or you can cancel your subscription without obligation later.
In the long run, we’ll continue to look for online diaper deals wherever we can find them. If you’re like me and have been on the fence about Amazon Prime, now might be a good time to jump onboard. It’s $79 a year, or about $6.50 a month. If you’re buying one box of diapers a month, you’d definitely be able to save that much. And it would make it much easier to jump on a $2 inflatable space shuttle deal when shipping is free.  There’s a whole bunch of other benefits that you can read about here too.

You can ship to a Meijer store for free, or else you’d probably be better off ordering a few items to save on shipping costs. Also in Meijer’s baby clearance is a great deal on the Kalencom Flora Buckle Diaper Bag, originally $80 and now $35!

 I’m not sure why I’m seeing birds fly north already, but I assume it’s to come back to the lightly padded, extraordinarily colorful birdhouses they left behind. Or maybe it’s just the birds of the stuffed variety? Teachers and homeschoolers will also love a fantastic sale going on right now at Scholastic’s Teacher Express site. A giant selection of e-books (838!) are on sale for just $1 each, some with original prices of $22! Letter writing, phonics, early math skills, and science are just a few of the plethora of topics covered for the tot set. The e-books

I love everything about listening to ocean sounds while watching the icicles accumulate on my windows. I’ll just pop an umbrella straw in my iced tea and rock baby and I into a peaceful slumber. Today’s bargain makes me want to rearrange a room! Target.com has a really cute kids activity table on sale for a smokin’ deal! Three cups in top hold all your crafting and art supplies close at hand, and although they don’t list how high the table is (?!) it’s part of a kids furniture collection, and the recommended age is 3 and up- so I’m guessing kids-height chairs would fit, or possibly even a good height for standing for little ones? I love all the storage here. Some baskets underneath would be adorable! The “Elliot Kids Activity Table” is originally $160, but on sale at Target.com today for just $40, 75% off! And speaking of Target, yesterday most Target stores marked down their toy clearance (holiday excess!) to 70% off, so stop by your local Target if you want to stock up for this year!
