I’m not sure what it is about President’s Day, but having worked in retail (quite a while ago!) it’s a big deal. There’s always tons of sales, many with the best discounts since before Christmas! Right off the bat today, I know that MyHabit is planning a really big blowout-type sale that starts at 11am CST (soon!) and the best deals will likely sell out by this afternoon- a little something for everyone, too! And Zulily has just started their own blowout sale with similar discounts in kids and womens categories- this little crocheted hat is $8.99 from an original $30! It’s a good day to do a little shopping! I’ll update this post later if I catch wind of any other great deals!

I also like today’s markdown at Amazon on the Melissa & Doug Habitats Reusable Sticker Pad. It’s surprisingly difficult to find a reusable sticker pad, and this one is extra special because it’s printed with animal habitats to position the animal stickers in. I think it’d make a great quiet time activity! It retails for $7, but is marked down to $5 and would ship free with Amazon Prime or a $25 order.

Then, in case you missed our Facebook post about it yesterday, Amazon has marked down a bunch of Legos and Duplo sets to around 20-30% off retail, not bad for Lego! My favorites are the starter/building sets- 33% And finally, one of my fave gifts for new babies is on sale- a bunch of really cute Taggies toys are also marked down at Amazon, some as much as 50% off! This adorable Teddy Bear Stacker on the right retails for $20, but is marked down to just $10! I really like the quality of these toys, and each of my own babies have had one Taggies toy that they absolutely couldn’t live without- so they pass the baby test too!
