I just got an Amazon notification that the Britax car seat I had in my cart had dropped in price $40…so I was going to update our “Convertible Car Seat Sale” post from a few days ago, until I realized that a whole bunch of Britax car seats were marked down- some as much as 33% off! That’s amazing for Britax! Here’s some of the best deals- all at Amazon, all ship free:
Britax Advocate 70 CS Click & Safe Convertible Car Seat (on the right), originally $380, now some colors $261, 31% off!
Britax Boulevard 70, originally $320, now some colors $216, 33% off!
Britax Marathon 70, originally $290, now some colors $217, 25% off!
Britax Frontier 85 Booster Car Seat, originally $300, now some colors $212, 29% off!
Britax B-Safe Infant Car Seat, originally $180, now $140, 22% off!
PS- I tried to post an extra deal for today to our Facebook page, but I couldn’t get the link to work there, so here it is for everyone! Parents can never have too many- a 12-pack of Sharpies in fine point for just over $6 (48% off) or ultra-fine point for just under $6 (62% off!)
Amazon is a great place to buy a carseat- one, because they almost always have the lowest prices around, and two, because they don’t collect sales tax in most states. Which, on a $200 carseat, is no small potatoes. I thought I’d scout around for some of the best prices on convertible car seats and came up with these…hope they help! Some colors are priced higher/lower, so be sure to check them all out.
The First Years True Fit Recline Convertible Car Seat (on the right), originally $200, now $151! (Love that pattern!)
Britax Boulevard 70 CS Convertible Car Seat, originally $340, now $250!
Recaro ProRIDE Convertible Car Seat, originally $280, now $224!
Britax Roundabout 55 Convertible Car Seat, originally $200, now $157!
Graco Nautilus 3-in-1 Car Seat, originally $190, now $138!
Britax Marathon 70 Convertible Car Seat, originally $290, now $217!
And if you happen to be traveling soon, I highly recommend this car seat travel bag. I forgot to plan ahead on a recent trip and we had to fork over $50 for it at a big box store (argh!!) but on Amazon it’s just $36!
Just a quick n’ easy bargain for you today! Amazon just marked down this cute Cars step stool to 53% off the original $15, just $6.99- and it ships free if you’ve got Amazon Prime (which you should if you’ve signed up for the free Amazon Mom program!) One can never have too many step stools! Happy weekend!
Sneaking in under the deadline today! I’ve been eyeing the Scotch Thermal Laminator for more time than I’m prepared to admit, but I really think it’s usefulness is only getting more clear as the kiddos get older. Like for our BabyBargain-created artwork on the fridge. Our current masterpieces probably wouldn’t be torn (BabyGirlBargain) or water-stained (me! ) had I bit the bullet and bought this sooner. Now, the bargain-y aspect of this one is debatable. Amazon lists the retail price at $80, but I think that’s pretty inflated. Although I can’t seem to find this one at any non-online stores. So, if you believe them, the current sale price of $29 is awesome, 64% off! But even if you don’t, it still seems like a good price overall for a laminator that has 192 5-star reviews. You’ll need laminating pouches to go with it as well, but I think those are pretty reasonable too at $10 for 50 9×11″ pouches. I can think of about a million uses for this. Look out, world!
This looks like a great deal if you’ve got a little time before baby arrives! The Summer Infant PictureMe Digital Color Video Monitor has a huge 3.5″ color screen, black & white night vision, and has an 4-star review average (pretty good for a video monitor!) Amazon says it ships in 3-6 weeks, so if you’ve got a little time you’ll be able to snag a bargain- regularly $220, it’s on sale today for just $97 with free shipping, 56% off!
Hands down, my favorite. baby. product. ever. I love this monitor so much, that when the sound quality of our first one started getting a little fuzzy after three years of use, I bought another one. That’s a big deal for a girl who puts a lot of emphasis on quality. If I ended up paying $100 for 3 years of use, that’s 9 cents a night- far cheaper than the $3 I’d be paying for Starbucks in the morning to make up for my crummy, worry-filled sleep. The Angelcare is a sound monitor and a motion monitor, and sounds an alarm if no movement is detected for 20 seconds. And the Angelcare Deluxe Plus is on sale at Amazon right now for $105 with free shipping- 34% ($56!) off the original $160- the cheapest I’ve seen!
P.S.- Thanks to TotBargainer Ashley at BehindMommyLines for the heads up on a great deal at Walgreens- 40% off all prints through today! Perfect for savoring the last few weeks of summer!
P.P.S.- Thanks to TotBargainers Melissa and Julie for tipping us off to Zulily’s blowout sale today! Lots of cute stuff for 70%+ off!
Wow, there’s some super prices on BabyGanics at Amazon right now! There’s a few layers to this bargain, which is always my favorite kind of bargain. A multi-layered bargain. MLB? Hmm. If you’re not familar with them, BabyGanics makes products that are “earth safe and people safe”. I’ve been itching to try them, and at these prices I think I just may! Here’s our first layer: lots of BabyGanics products are already on sale at Amazon right now (dish soaps, hand sanitizers, cleaning wipes, laundry detergent, toy cleaners…you name it!) Most are around 30% off, some are 46% off! Most (if not all) of them are eligible for Subscribe & Save, which will get you another 15% off those prices. AND, 31 of these products (scroll down to right under “Top 10 Weekly Deals for Mom”!) are eligible for an additional 25% off with coupon code GANICMOM. You’re able to enter that code right on the subscribe & save page. So for example, the Fine & Handy Lavender Vanilla Hand Soap set of 2 is originally $15, on sale for $10, w/subscribe & save is down to $9, and with the coupon code, it’s just $7.81- shipped free! That’s almost half off!
UPDATE: Apparently my math skills suffer at 6am, so a big thanks to TotBargainer Jen for double-checking! It looks like when you apply the promo code, it removes the subscribe & save discount and replaces it with the 25% discount. (So the total should actually be $6.64 instead of $7.81.) I read the terms and conditions of GANICMOM and don’t see anywhere that you can’t combine it with the subscribe & save discount. So I online chatted with Amazon’s CS, and she told me they don’t stack. I argued (politely) and she offered me a one-time credit of the difference. Sooo…I’m not sure what’s right here. But it’s actually a pretty good deal either way!
I’m always forgetting about the amazing deals that can be found in Albee Baby’s closeout section. If you’ve never been, they’re an online shop affiliated with the Albee Baby Carriage shop in Manhattan, a magical place that’s been around for 70 years. Anyhow, today I spied the Maxi Cosi Priori Convertible Car Seat for half off it’s original $200- just $100! That’s at least $50 less than Amazon’s price (depending on the color), and it’s got great reviews. The Corniche color (on the right) is the best deal, but there’s four other colors on sale too!
