Free Fun Friday

BabyBargain has been totally into shapes lately, and because he’s not into crafty “girl” things, I’ve had to think out of the box (er…square) for engaging activities.  I happened to spy a spare roll of painters tape lying around, and went to town marking off shapes on our floor.  We made them together, jumped from one shape to another, tried to push Lightning McQueen just right so he’d land into each shape, and then threw beanbags to see which shape they’d fall in.  Two hours later we were both exhausted, and I caught myself thinking, “hey, that was free and fun.  Good for us!”  I was inspired to dedicate Fridays this year to Free Fun- because what’s a better bargain than free??  Hopefully I won’t run out of ideas!
